identifying your potential barriers and overcoming them.
I have always been passionate about nutrition and health.
Stress and its impact on my health led me to study nutrition. I decided to reconnect with myself and help women do the same when they felt too overwhelmed to make the right choices for their health and wellbeing.
I studied Nutritional Therapy for 4 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. I gained the knowledge to understand how our fabulous body is working as long as we nourish him with what it needs: colours, flavours, textures and perfumes. I learnt how to support health concerns and alleviate symptoms.
I am also a certified Health Coach to help you implement long term changes in which you will feel committed.
I regularly attend training courses for continued professional development. I keep up with the latest research about nutrition and my specific areas of interest: hormones, thyroid health, Hashimoto’s and stress.
I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the French Association of Nutritional Therapy, Micronutrition and Wellbeing (AFNMB) and Zest 4 Life.
My intimate conviction is that the body of a woman is a miracle of nature. It is regulated by your precious hormones. When everything is in balance, you are full of energy, and you make good choices when it comes to food. You feel positive and relaxed.
I believe in the power of food to regain hormonal balance naturally.
Working with me means feeling listened to and heard. I offer you a space to talk and express your thoughts, feelings and difficulties. With a food-first approach, we will elaborate on a personalised programme that suits your tastes and needs. I will provide you with recipes and tips to cook healthy meals and snacks. I do not believe in diets or restrictions, yet, I believe in the power of fresh food, cooked simply.
Together, we will discuss how to incorporate sustainable and achievable dietary and lifestyle changes. With a positive mindset, you will be able to commit to those changes and, you will enjoy the process of reconnecting with yourself and feeling empowered by your health goals.

As a health coach, I can guide you to build a routine to feel calmer and connected to your needs using breathing techniques and mindfulness.

It is based on the principles of Naturopathy: to do no harm – to seek to find the root cause – to seek to return balance. It promotes the use of real food, whole food and lifestyle interventions.
It follows the Functional Medicine approach by considering the body holistically, with interconnected systems.
Nutritional Therapy does not just treat the symptoms, yet it addresses the root causes of a health concern. It can be used as a prevention for healthy people who want to maintain their health. Also, it can be supportive as a complementary therapy for people with various imbalances or chronic diseases.

Collaboratively, we will define some practical and achievable nutritional and lifestyles interventions.
A health timeline, a questionnaire and a food diary are my tools to identify potential nutrient deficiencies or imbalances and environmental factors causing your symptoms.
With your consent, I might communicate with your general practitioner, and I might refer you to a specialist if any health concern is out of my remit of practice.
