Hello, I am Isa,

A registered Nutritional Therapist and a certified Health Coach,

based in Annecy in the French Alps

I help women reconnect with themselves

to get energy and vitality back into their lives by balancing their hormones naturally.

My mission when working with you is to offer tailored nutritional support

based on colourful foods to nourish your body and your mind with no deprivation.

Stress is the root cause of a wide variety of health concerns

notably hormonal dysregulation.

I am here to provide you with the right tools to manage it and to prevent burnout.
I can support you in long-term lifestyles changes by defining your health goals,

identifying your potential barriers and overcoming them.

I have always been passionate about nutrition and health.

Stress and its impact on my health led me to study nutrition. I decided to reconnect with myself and help women do the same when they felt too overwhelmed to make the right choices for their health and wellbeing.

I studied Nutritional Therapy for 4 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. I gained the knowledge to understand how our fabulous body is working as long as we nourish him with what it needs: colours, flavours, textures and perfumes. I learnt how to support health concerns and alleviate symptoms.

I am also a certified Health Coach to help you implement long term changes in which you will feel committed.

I regularly attend training courses for continued professional development. I keep up with the latest research about nutrition and my specific areas of interest: hormones, thyroid health, Hashimoto’s and stress.

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the French Association of Nutritional Therapy, Micronutrition and Wellbeing (AFNMB) and Zest 4 Life.

My intimate conviction is that the body of a woman is a miracle of nature. It is regulated by your precious hormones. When everything is in balance, you are full of energy, and you make good choices when it comes to food. You feel positive and relaxed.

I believe in the power of food to regain hormonal balance naturally.
Working with me means feeling listened to and heard. I offer you a space to talk and express your thoughts, feelings and difficulties. With a food-first approach, we will elaborate on a personalised programme that suits your tastes and needs. I will provide you with recipes and tips to cook healthy meals and snacks. I do not believe in diets or restrictions, yet, I believe in the power of fresh food, cooked simply.

Together, we will discuss how to incorporate sustainable and achievable dietary and lifestyle changes. With a positive mindset, you will be able to commit to those changes and, you will enjoy the process of reconnecting with yourself and feeling empowered by your health goals.
Nowadays, stress is part of our life. It is the way we react to it that impacts our health and our hormonal balance negatively. What, when and how we eat can help to cope with it. As a health coach, I can guide you to build a routine to feel calmer and connected to your needs using breathing techniques and mindfulness.

I would love to inspire you to achieve your health goals.

That is why I work with 3-month programmes. It is your journey, and I will be dedicated and committed to the achievement of your goals. Long-lasting changes need time and patience to be adopted. The positive mindset that I offer in my approach will make you feel empowered and inspired.

So, if you want to take back control of your health,

I warmly propose you book your 30-minute Meet and Greet Call with me.
It is the first step to find out where to start to reconnect with yourself.

Nutritionnal Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is evidence-based and applies the science of nutrition to promote health and wellbeing.

It is based on the principles of Naturopathy: to do no harm – to seek to find the root cause – to seek to return balance. It promotes the use of real food, whole food and lifestyle interventions.

It follows the Functional Medicine approach by considering the body holistically, with interconnected systems.

Nutritional Therapy does not just treat the symptoms, yet it addresses the root causes of a health concern. It can be used as a prevention for healthy people who want to maintain their health. Also, it can be supportive as a complementary therapy for people with various imbalances or chronic diseases.

What is

You are unique in your biology, your genes and your environment.

That is why my programmes are tailored to your needs and your health journey.

Collaboratively, we will define some practical and achievable nutritional and lifestyles interventions.

A health timeline, a questionnaire and a food diary are my tools to identify potential nutrient deficiencies or imbalances and environmental factors causing your symptoms.

With your consent, I might communicate with your general practitioner, and I might refer you to a specialist if any health concern is out of my remit of practice.

How do
I work as a Nutritional

A registered Nutritional Therapist does not diagnose or treat a disease. Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute

for conventional medicine, and the recommendations do not replace any medical advice.

Any health concerns should be discussed with your primary health care practitioner first place.
